Steve is married to Helen and they have two daughters, Iona and Sian.
Before coming to Weston in 2014 Steve and his family lived and worked in Nepal for 7 years starting new churches and transforming communities.
Neil is married to Sarah and is blessed to have two amazing daughters, Maddie and Gracie.
He has a passion for people to discover their potential in and through the power of Jesus, and knows that God uses anyone from anywhere to do great things for His glory.
He loves spending time with his family, drinking a good coffee, eating pizza, ninja turtles, reading, football and watching a good film.
Dawn has 3 wonderfully energetic children: Amelia, Rosie and Luke, and is married to Grant. She has a passion to communicate Gods Word to people with faith and without faith. Dawn is currently excited to be kicking off a new initiative called REACH which aims to inspire people to; ‘do what you are already doing in life and make it Jesus centred!’. Dawn loves belonging to a church full of people who genuinely want the best for each other and the world around them, living life well as God intended.
Christy joined the team in September 2018 as youth leader. She is married to Connor and they both hail from Scotland. They have a cute pet lizard called Gizmo.
Christy has a passion for seeing the lives of young people changed and transformed by the power of Jesus. In a world that is constantly competing for young people's attention, Christy's desire is to see youth on fire for God and standing strong in His love throughout everything they face in their lives.

Elaine has been working with the church for over 10 years with a background of successful leadership in financial services bringing skills and experience in people development and project delivery. She is married to Graham and they have two children. Elaine has a passion to equip and help others to grow in the ministry God has called them to serve in. She loves baking, music, anything creative, and taking her dog, Maisie, for walks in the countryside.
Joey has started with us as an MIT in October 2021. He is married to Abbie and they have a dog called Kobe. His area of his Minister-In-Training is to focus on Church Planting and Small Group Initiatives.
Weston born and bred, he is excited to assist in the ongoing vision of the church. One of his hobbies is running a podcast with friends he met at Bible College, check it out on Spotify by searching Another Christian Podcast!
Phil is married to Michelle. Together they have 2 children and 3 (soon to be 5!) grandchildren. Phil took the unexpected opportunity to semi-retire at the end of 2016 as a management accountant in Financial Services. This has enabled him to fulfil the role of Finance Officer (Treasurer) at HT, be more available to spend time with his family and to manage the renovation of their neglected 1920’s house in WSM. He has been a part of HT for 18 years and continues to be passionate about seeing our church have a tangible impact in changing the lives of the local community in both practical and spiritual terms.
Manager of Revealed Projects
Adele was born in Weston-super-Mare and joined Holy Trinity Church as a teenager. She has a passion for working with young people, particularly around issues related to self-esteem, emotional wellbeing, and healthy relationships. Adele has a background of working with young people in different roles, including supporting those exposed to sexual exploitation. She now manages Revealed Projects, delivering workshops and courses for young people and parents/carers around self-esteem, wellbeing, and healthy relationships. Having been born and bred in Weston, she feels privileged to be able to reinvest into the local community.
Online Presence Facilitator
Abbie is married to Joey and they're the proud parents of a puppy called Kobe. Abbie manages everything to do with HT online, including social media, the website, live streaming, the podcast and video editing. She also does graphic design and fits in anywhere that she can be helpful. Outside of work, Abbie runs a small Christian business called Wilderness Grace where she sells hand painted bibles, stationery and clothing (you can find her on Instagram @wildernessgrace). She also loves drinking copious amounts of herbal tea and collecting as many houseplants as possible.
